• Access Community Health Center strives to ensure that our patients have the ability to speak with an on- call provider after business hours.

• To reach the on-call provider, simply call the main Access Community Health Center number at 714-352-5800. Follow the prompts and you will be directed to our after-hours answering service.

• Tell the operator that you need to speak to a provider. You will be asked for the patient’s full name, date of birth, and contact number so that the provider can call you back.

• Within 30 minutes you will receive a return call from the on-call provider.

REQUESTS FOR MEDICATION REFILLS, SCHEDULING, AND BILLING ISSUES WILL ONLY BE TAKEN DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS BY CALLING 714-352-5800.
